DETAILS OF MANUFACTURE

 FOUNDATIONS / SKELETON: From armed concrete according to Antiseismic Regulation(CY.S).

STONEWORK AND FINISHING: The stonework will become with brick strainer according to the drawings.
The internal surfaces painted three hands paint emulsion.

The exterior surfaces with paint of type Santex.

STONEWORK OF COOKER: The surface of walls between the benches and the cupboards will be covered with coloured ceramic values 6 CYP m2.

FLOOR: Communal spaces granite of value 18 CYP m2. Lounge, dining room, cooker ceramic values 10CYP m2. Bedrooms ceramic values 6 CYP m2.

Verandas ceramic values 5CYP m2.Bathroom and W.C. ceramic value 6 CYP m2.

DOORS AND WINDOWS: Exterior doors and windows from aluminium and double glass. Internal doors will be tiler from oak and plastic varnish,
and outdoors apartments from timber and plastic varnish.

CABINETRY: Internally from melamine and the doors tiler from oak and plastic varnish.

COOKER: The benches of cooker will be tiler from oak and plastic varnish. Internally will be used melamine. Lid of bench from granite.

TYPES OF HYGIENE: The types of hygiene of will be most excellent quality, European origin of colour white.

PLUMBING & DRAINING: In the hydraulic installation will be used German pipes polytropilane for cold water.

SOLAR: Installation of solar heater for all the apartments.

ELECTRIC INSTALLATION: According to the regulations of Electricity of Cyprus.

AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING: Pipes for future installation A/C in all the rooms.

SPACE OF PARKING: Covered space for parking for all the apartments.

STOCKING SPACES: Deposit for all the apartments in the accommodated space on a level with the ground.
